REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Quirky Color Studio, each product is handcrafted with care. Since many of our items are made-to-order and customized, our refund policy is slightly different from mass-produced products.

All personalized and custom-made products (nameplates, handprint frames, custom designs, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This is because these items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

For non-custom products, returns may be accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery, or

• You receive the wrong item

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

To process any return or refund request, please share:

• Clear photos of the product

• Unboxing video (preferred)

• Order details

Send via WhatsApp or email.

Once your request is verified:

• We may offer a replacement, or

• Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

We do not offer refunds if:

• Minor color variations occur (due to handmade nature)

• Slight imperfections are present (part of handcrafted process)

• Incorrect information was provided by the customer

• Change of mind after order placement

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

• After that, the product goes into production and cannot be cancelled
